Magnolia Springs RV Park stretches across 34 scenic acres just outside the beautiful Lufkin, TX, nestled deep in the heart of East Texas. As a family-owned and operated park, we hold nature and exceptional customer service close to our hearts. We’ve designed a park that embodies privacy, safety, and ample space—from your RV site to hiking around the property and fishing in our bass pond.

Situated a mere five minutes from vibrant downtown Lufkin, a plethora of enjoyable activities await you. Indulge in some retail therapy, savor local cuisines, or get groovy with the live music at various venues that Lufkin has to offer. For those inclined towards nature, a 10-minute drive west will lead you to the magnificent Davy Crockett National Forest, where over 160,000 acres of beautiful piney woods and hiking trails await. Not far off is Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas, ready to enchant you with its rich East Texas history.
Our Vision
Our enthusiasm extends to the unfolding two-phase development plan. Phase 1 brings you 35 to 40 RV spots brimming with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a bathhouse, and a laundry room. With Phase 2 on the horizon next year, anticipate cozy cabins amidst a wooded setting for that perfect rustic retreat.
