Guidelines for a Safe, Serene, and Satisfying Stay

General Rules

  • Quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a pleasant camping experience for everyone.
  • Please adhere to all posted signs on the property.
  • The speed limit within the park is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.
  • Parking on the grass is prohibited. Extra vehicles should be parked in the designated overflow area.
  • Solicitation or displaying signs for the sale of products/services is not allowed within the park.
  • No chopping or cutting down of trees is permitted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on its appearance and/or condition.
  • Subletting by renters is not permitted.

Site Maintenance

  • RV sites must be kept clean and orderly as per management’s guidelines. Outside storage of freezers, boxes, water heaters, etc., is not allowed.
  • No laundry hanging, digging, or erecting poles, including satellite dishes, is permitted.
  • No plants or objects may be placed in the grass if they interfere with maintenance.
  • All outdoor fires are to be in designated areas only.
  • No rugs or mats are to be placed on the grass.
  • All hoses must be free of leaks.

Pet Rules

  • Pets (dogs and cats) must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless inside the designated dog park area.
  • Please utilize the fenced park area to exercise your pet and adhere to the dog park rules.
  • Immediate cleanup and proper disposal of pet waste are required. This is a health issue for everyone. If you do not comply, you will be asked to vacate the property.
  • Noisy pets will not be tolerated.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on breed or behavior.

Amenities

  • Fishing in our bass pond is catch and release ONLY. No fishing license is required. Fishing from a canoe without a motor is allowed. Be mindful of wildlife, as reptiles and many species of birds call our lake their home.
  • Children 12 and under must have adult supervision in the playground area. All play is at your own risk.
  • Showers and laundry facilities are for registered guests only. Please clean up after use. Call the office if they need attention.

Utilities

  • Free water and fiber-optic internet are provided.
  • Electricity is free for the first five days. Beyond a week, charges will apply at the posted energy provider rate. (Example: If you stay for 27 days, you will only be billed for 22 days of electricity.)
  • Do not attempt to repair utilities. Contact management if there’s a problem.
  • Texas Law mandates that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or rubber donut. Spills should be cleaned up by the responsible party. Do not dispose of grease, plastic, etc., in the sewer. Sewer hoses should be held with a cradle system.

Safety

  • Any physical altercation with guests or staff will result in immediate removal from the park with no refund.
  • No discharge of firearms, longbows, or fireworks is allowed within the park. All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
  • No criminal or drug-related activity will be tolerated in or near the park.
  • Magnolia Springs RV Park or its employees will not be responsible for individuals driving under the influence.

Reservation & Payment

  • Billing occurs at the time of reservation.
  • No refunds will be given due to weather.
  • A deposit of $42 is required to hold a reservation for up to 4 days. If you do not show up or fail to cancel within the specified period, this deposit is non-refundable.
  • Electricity charges for stays longer than a week will be billed 5 days before the check-out time.
  • Damage to the park by guests or visitors will be billed to the camper.
  • Magnolia Springs RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to the camper’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, or any other casualty or act of God. Campers assume all risks and are responsible for carrying their own insurance.
  • Guest acknowledges and agrees that they assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic, outdoor environment located on the premises, including, without limitation, the threat of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, or boating on the premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

We will gladly reserve your site, not accepting any future request. In order to be able to do so, we ask in exchange for your guaranteed deposit when booking 30 or more days in advance. Should you have to cancel a reservation, the following will apply.

Daily Reservation:

  • Cancelled with a 15-day advance notice, a 50% deposit refund will be made.
  • Cancelled with less than 15-day notice, NO refund will be made.
  • No refund over shortened stays.

Weekly Reservations:

  • Cancelled with a 30-day advance notice, a 50% deposit refund will be made.
  • Cancelled with less than 30-day notice, NO refund will be made.
  • No refund over shortened stays.

Monthly Reservations:

  • Cancelled with a 60 day advance notice, a refund will be issued minus a $35 cancellation fee.
  • Cancelled with a 30-day advance notice, a 50% refund will be made.
  • Cancelled with less than 30-day notice, No refund will be made.
  • No refunds over shortened stays.

Weather:

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather during your stay.
